Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their technical requirements
- Prepare proposals for Sewage Treatment Plants (FBBR / MBR / SAFF), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Greywater Treatment Systems, TSE Polishing Plants, RO and Filtration Systems, and Desalination Plants
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather project information and define solutions
- Review and analyse tender documents to ensure technical compliance
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver accurate and cost-effective proposals
- Develop budgetary quotations based on client requirements
- Estimate costs and perform detailed financial analysis
- Interpret client specifications, offering compliant and technically sound alternatives
- Ensure proposal pricing aligns with company strategy and engineering capacity
- Provide internal technical support when required
Requirements
- Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering degree
- Strong knowledge of STP, ETP, RO, and desalination technologies
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Experience in proposal writing, tender review, and cost estimation
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines
About the role
We are urgently looking for a Proposal Engineer to serve as the technical point of contact for our clients. The role involves responding to technical inquiries, preparing high-quality proposals, and offering engineering support for water and wastewater treatment projects.
