Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Rewards 2+ years to join our Product team and develop, implement, and optimize our customer loyalty and rewards initiatives across our entire product ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience designing integrated rewards programs within the fintech industry and will work closely with other product managers to ensure seamless rewards integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and implementation of Zype’s integrated rewards program across all product lines
- Create a unified rewards ecosystem that encourages cross-product usage
- Develop tiered rewards structures for customers based on their engagement across the platform
- Design specialized rewards for UPI transactions, insurance purchases, bill payments, and lending activities
- Collaborate with product teams to seamlessly integrate rewards features
- Develop partnerships with third-party rewards providers and merchants
- Implement rewards conversion and transferability between product lines
- Monitor program performance and continuously iterate based on data insights
- Manage rewards program budget across all product lines
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in rewards program management in fintech with multiple product lines
- Experience with payments (UPI/wallet), insurance, lending, and/or bill payment rewards
- Success in designing integrated rewards programs that improved user metrics
- Strong understanding of behavioural economics and customer loyalty principles
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines for rewards programs in the payments & lending space
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and CRM systems
- Experience with rewards management platforms that integrate across different product lines
- Understanding of API integrations, particularly in UPI payments
- Knowledge of transaction data analysis and digital wallet systems
- Experience with cashback, points, and merchant coupon reward structures
